Neverwinter Nights chodzi bardzo wolno :( , Demo 26/10/05 22:10
Kawał czasu temu śmigałem na Epox 8RDA, xp 1700+, 512 ddr, mx400 i było gites...teraz mam Bartka 2500+ @ 3200+ na tej samej mobo, 1 GB DDR i R9550 i gra chodzi tragicznie...nawet menu działa z opóxnieniem ok. 10 sec...any ideas o co biega?napisalbym swoj config,ale sie nie

ja tez grywalem w nwn na slabszym sprzecie niz ten barton i nie bylo problemow. Jedyna analogie widze to to ze ja rowniez gralem na karcie nvidii. Moze cos ze sterami od tego radka ?ja chce 100% jasne tpc - Bingo, , sebtar 26/10/05 22:32

w NWN gralem na ati poczawszy od jakiegos mobile 8mb, przez 7500, mobile 9200, 9550 i nigdy nie bylo problemowdual&mobile power

Some possible fixes are:
Drivers - Download and install the latest drivers available for your video and sound card. Check out this FAQ entry for instructions detailing how this is done: "How do I properly download and install new video card drivers under Windows XP?"
Optimization instructions for ATI video card users
DirectX - Ensure you have the latest version of DirectX installed. Microsoft's DirectX site
Patch - Download the latest patch for Neverwinter Nights using either the in game "Update" function or by downloading the latest critical update for your install from here: http://nwn.bioware.com/support/patch.html
Hard drive - Run scandisk and disk defragmenter, this will fix any errors on your hard drive and keep it running smoothly.
Virus Scan - Ensure your machine is virus free. Not only will this keep your machine running properly, many virus' have been known to harvest CD-Keys for popular games.
Spyware - Ensure your machine is spyware free, you can download a free trial of "Ad-Aware" a spyware/adware detection/removal for personal use: Lavasoft USA
Other - If you have other programs running in the background your machine may not have enough available system resources to deliver a satisfactory play experience. To free up additional resources shut down some of these other programs before you play the game.
Reinstall - If the above doesn’t fix the issue, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game. Make sure to Back up your "save" and "localvault" to a location outside of the NWN directory!

This is a known driver issue with the Radeon video cards. Update your video card drivers to the latest Catalyst or Omega Drivers.

Atari and BioWare take NO responsibility for the use of third party software, such as the Omega Drivers. However, if you are having issues with game performance in Neverwinter Nights they are worth trying. www.omegadrivers.net
One workaround is to go into the nwn.ini file and change Enablehardwaremouse=1 to Enablehardwaremouse=0.
The above option may not work on all systems but does on most.
Another option is to try turning off “AGP Fast Writes”, “AGP Read” and “AGP Write” as this may have a positive impact on stability and performance in Neverwinter Nights.
If you notice the screen flickering and occasionally "blacking out", increase the refresh rate to 75Hz from the ATI Control Panel. - hmm , Czarek 26/10/05 23:07
